Smart Business Dealmakers of Charlotte, North Carolina has named Spave founder and CEO Susan Langer one of its 2022 Dealmakers of the Year Award winners.
Langer was formally honored at the Smart Business Dealmakers Conference in Charlotte in late October.
Smart Business Dealmakers is an organization that provides resources, news, and networking opportunities for CEOs of middle-market companies.

Langer earned the Smart Business Dealmakers distinction by successfully launching Spave, the first-ever financial wholeness tool that promotes charitable giving and social good, and guiding it to an acquisition.

With a background in marketing, financial services and international development, Susan Langer founded Live.Give.Save., Inc. (LGS), a financial technology company with a unique focus on giving and inspiring social good in February 2016. In June 2021, 80% of LGS’s assets were acquired by Reseda Group, a wholly-owned CUSO of Michigan State University Federal Credit Union. Together, they formed Spave, LLC.
