Eileen Lundberg, Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer, is based in Minneapolis and is a driving force behind our financial strategy and planning efforts. With a keen focus on revenue growth and optimizing business processes, Eileen plays a pivotal role in enhancing our company’s performance.

Before establishing her successful consulting practice in 2014, Eileen served as the CFO at Hallmark Business Connections (formerly Gift Certificate Center). During her 15-year tenure, she was a key catalyst for the company’s growth. Eileen’s career began at Cargill, where she spent her initial years in various accounting roles, gaining invaluable experience. She recently led the finance and operations functions of a restaurant/ hospitality SaaS start-up, bought the company and then exited with a successful sale in 2023. Eileen holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin and is a certified CPA (currently inactive).

Eileen is married and has two boys. Reflecting her passion for helping those in need, she has led financial literacy courses for immigrants and at-risk adults entering the workforce. Eileen’s favorite charity is the ICA Food Shelf.
In addition to being an avid mountain biker, Eileen’s biking includes a few century road bike events. When not on a bike outdoors, she can also be found hiking and puttering around in her flower gardens.
